Meet the Team
After spending several years in the banking industry, Rachel decided to take time away
from the workforce to raise her three children. When her first two kids started school, she
began to pursue her real estate license. At Keller Williams Elite, she is able to combine her love of homes and love of people with outstanding tools and technology.
Rachel is passionate about getting her clients from the first showing to the settlement table. When she isn’t showing homes, you’ll find her spending time cooking and baking in her beloved kitchen, shopping with her daughter, or relaxing at her favorite place:
Chincoteague Island.
After spending over a decade teaching, Ashley decided to take her passion for real
estate and love for helping others and pursue a career as a real estate agent. She brings
a compassionate and knowledgeable approach to her real estate practice. Her clients will tell you that she has helped them skillfully navigate both the buying and selling
process with patience and professionalism.
Ashley resides in Mohnton, and when she isn’t busy showing homes and scouring the MLS, she enjoys camping with her husband and three children—particularly at the beach! She also loves to garden, paint, and go on hikes with her dogs.
Emilee began her career as a title agent with a real estate title insurance company
after earning her degree in finance from Millersville University. She decided to make the transition to an agent upon becoming a mom, wanting to turn her love for real estate
and helping people into a career while having the flexibility to be with her baby.
She was born, raised, and still resides in southern Lancaster County, where she loves spending time with her family, walking her dog, country line dancing, and going to the beach.
Who says real estate has to be boring and dull? Not Stephanie Shepherd, that’s for sure! She’s an optimistic go-getter who doesn’t stop until the job is done. Her clients love her positive energy and motivation as she helps them buy and sell their properties.
But, Stephanie doesn’t just bring energy to the table. She also has a vast range of real estate knowledge and top-notch negotiation tools to help her clients reach their real estate goals.
